Every year, on the 12-th of April, all the countries celebrate World Aeronautics and Astronautics Day. This holiday is marked by all the world as the holiday of space exploration and space peaceful research.
The Soviet Union was the initiator of international cooperation in the peaceful exploration of outer space. The first joint flight was performed in July 1975 by the spaceships Soyuz (USSR) and Apollo (USA). The countries of the world share space experience with each other. We have witnessed unique space achievements. They include prolonged flights on orbital stations, the Soviet Moon vehicles and the landing of the firat man on the Moon, the study of Mars and Venus. At present cosmonautics is quickly developing.
