My day-off

Sunday is my day-off. I don’t go to school on Sunday. As a rule, I get up at eight o’clock in the morning and have my breakfast. In summer our family always goes to the country on our days off. We never stay indoors on Sundays for we like out-of-door sports and games. I go in for swimming and tennis. In winter I usually ski or skate. Sometimes we invite our friends and relatives to spend the evening with us. We talk, dance, play the piano and discuss the latest films and performances.

I am very busy on week-days. Every morning I go to school.

My working day

I wake up at abotit seven o’clock. The alarm-clock rings and I get up. I do my morning exercises at the open window, wash my face, brush my teeth, comb my hair and go back to my bedroom to dress. My mother prepares breakfast for our family. I have my breakfast at a quarter to eight. After breakfast I leave home. My school is situated not far from my house so I walk there. I stay at school till two or three o’clock. Then I come home and have my dinner. After dinner I rest a little or help my mother. Then I do my homework in different subjects. In the evening I like to stay at home with my family. I watch TV, listen to music, read periodicals. Sometimes I go for a walk with my friends. I go to bed at eleven o’clock.
